With the Compliance Network you can do that. Yes! You can place your own personalized note right next to the regulatory text; whether it's your own defintion of a section, a reminder, or a reference to another section. Bookmark any section. Highlight a section or multiple sections. You can then organize these markings in personalized folders and share them with fellow employees.

The Group Notes, Bookmarks, and Highlighting Features allow you to:

• Personalize your regulations by saving your own interpretation of them in a note. Copy text from other references to a note. Add a link to another page from your personalized note. You can also sort your notes in named folders.
• Bookmark sections you need quick access to. As you're browsing the regs, sections you have bookmarked are annoted with a bookmark icon for easy reference.
• Choose from five colors to highlight sections. Use colors to represent certain types of regulations. View all highlighters and other personalized section references using the Notes tab. Remove highlighters easily.
• Share your notes, bookmarks and highlighters. Safety administrators can write clarifications or job applications and save them in a note that the entire safety staff can view. Set up a list of important bookmarks for your shipping department and share it with those users. Highlight sections and share them so your entire staff knows these are important sections.
