Quickly analyze and navigate compliance requirements using unique search and navigation tools that bring content into view fast!

Finding regulations in a CFR book can be a very frustrating and time consuming task. With the Compliance Network we make the process of searching and navigating through the regulations an easy process.

Multiple Ways to Navigate
You can navigate through the regulations using the Table of Contents (TOC) Tree Menus or the following navigation elements:

  • Go To Section
  • Search Hits
  • Parent Menu Internal Links
  • Referenced Internal Links
  • Document Trail
  • Previous/Next Buttons
  • Notes, Bookmarks, and Highlighters

You'll never be lost in the regulations. Either navigating using the table of contents or through the parent menus, the document trail always tells you where you are.

Use the Sync TOC link to syncronize the table of contents with the section you are in.

Want to get to a section even faster? Select your Book and enter the section you need in the Go To Section field and be linked directly to that section.

Advanced Searching
Use the Search Tab to access the different Compliance Network™ Search Tools. You can perform simple word and phrase searches or more complex boolean and wildcard searches. The different search tools include:
  • Books Search – Search the complete context of the regulations.
  • Dangerous Goods Search – Search all the dangerous goods using the Combined Dangerous Goods List™.
  • Compliance Network™ Help Search – Search the help files created for the Compliance Network™.
  • Regulatory Resources – Search our entire collection of regulatory resource.
  • Notes Search – Search your notes and the group notes shared with your subscription.
The default Books Search offers an advanced search that searches all the books in your subscription. You can limit your search context to the search a specific book and part or section of a book. You can also limit the search to only search the part and section titles.

The results page provides short excerpts of the hit section and links you directly to sections; or choose to view hits without the excerpt and view a hit list that you can use to easily jump from hit to hit. You can also search within the results of a previous search.
